Think about if you would eat tons of ice-cream and several bags of chips at home, everyday? So if you wouldn’t, why do that just because your on vacation?
This is something that I just “learned” this year, and i´m probably not alone (because I´ve been there and I always blamed it on the phrase: “It´s Vacation..” ) – Not any more!
Yes it is vacation! But why would you wanna come home and feel bad after a week with marathon of cheat meals?
Fuel your body with nutritional food to both feel and look better!
So from now on, avoid gaining weight during your vacation.
Be active and eat good! Love your life. Come home with more energy then ever.
